Level of effort : High


Hello peeps, wondering why is the title of this post so weird? Because recently i found out a detox diet online when i was doing some research online and here I am sharing with you peeps, if in case anyone out there interested in losing some weight! (like me *grins*)


It's called "The lemonade detox diet" plan, which i am not really sure if it's going to works well...It sort of a master cleanser program but not a easy one to go through but i going to give it a try and updated you peeps the progress of the outcome!

Basically for the first ten days of the diet is basically liquid diet, you are only allowed to drink "the lemonade" , "salt water" , "herbal laxative tea". Drink at least 5 - 10 cups a day! (It's insane) No consuming of solid foods and no intake of alcohol! 


2 (tbs). of lemon or lime
2 (tbs). of genuine maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
10 oz. water (hot or cold as preferred)


Drink the "lemonade" juice whenever hunger strike. Well for lasting changes of your diet, the best is after ten days, just better off eating healthy fruits , vegetables , whole grains , low fat milk , lean proteins (e.g. fish) , skinless chicken ,  juices , soup.

You must follow the plans (say no say no to solid foods for first ten days) if not it's not going to work , so good luck to me and to whoever out there trying it out , and let me know if there's any changes in weight , good luck till then x.
